They came to us with one goal. Build a brand that could carry the weight of the work. Something simple, bold, and flexible enough to live on everything from a pitch deck to a snow-dusted camera case.
Approach
The existing brand had done its job. It leaned into action sports and carried a sense of energy and movement, but it no longer reflected where the studio was heading. With a growing client base in tourism, resorts, and destination-focused campaigns, the identity needed to feel more refined and more aligned with the quality of the work.
The goal was to create something that matched the tone of their production – crafted, editorial, and grounded. The direction stayed clean and versatile, designed to live across decks, proposals, title cards, and social without getting in the way.
The concept was rooted in place. Snow. Mountains. Water. Sunrises. Sunsets. The brand needed to reflect that same atmosphere and storytelling. Considered but not overdesigned. Confident without trying too hard.
Deliverables
We created a full identity system anchored by a custom O. The mark represents reflection and atmosphere. It’s subtle but deliberate, designed to work across motion, print, digital, and merchandise.
We developed a modular logo suite with horizontal, circular, and stacked variations. Typography is clean and editorial. The colour palette is minimal and grounded – black, white, dark alpine green, and soft cream, creating balance without distraction.
Supporting brand tools included visual guidelines, logo lockups, and design templates to help the internal team roll things out consistently. Every element was built to give Olliepop range and flexibility without adding noise.
Outcome
The new identity gives Olliepop a brand that fits the work and appeals to the clients they’re speaking to now. It looks the part and feels embedded in the landscapes they shoot in.
The system has already been applied across title cards, pitches, social, and merchandise. Feedback has been strong. The brand now shows up with confidence and clarity, without losing what made it distinctive in the first place.
